Since 1997, Mr. Xin has acted in senior management capacities in companies involved in real estate development and wine import industries. |

Mr. Decter possesses a comprehensive working knowledge of the hospitality industry and Ayurveda, especially in the environment of boutique and 5-star luxury resorts. In addition to an impressive track record as General Manager and Spa Manager in top 5-star resorts, Mr. Decter is also an expert in traditional Ayurveda.
Mr. Decter is the former General Manager at the award winning Mandala Spa & Villas – Boracay Island, Philippines, Spa Manager at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel – Manila, Philippines, founding president of The Bali Spa Association and Business Development Manager at the Jamu Traditional Spa – Bali, Indonesia. Mr. Decter received extensive academic training, in India and the Netherlands, in Ayurveda, its traditional spa therapies and herbal preparations. Mr. Decter also holds the distinction of acting as personal executive assistant for 20 years to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi – founder of Transcendental Meditation and Maharishi Ayurveda. Mr. Decter managed and directed several projects for NGO’s aimed at creating economic self-sufficiency for communities in developing countries. |

Mr. Moran has been involved in the international wine industry for 12 years. He is the President of Amati Corporation, owner of the Schönmarke Gold Icewine brand, a super premium Canadian wine marketed in North America, Asia and Europe. Creating and promoting a global brand has given Mr. Moran a unique perspective on the art and practice of corporate identity development and ongoing relationship management. He regularly interacts with retail store level managers and CEOs of major corporations.
In a crowded retail beverage marketplace often dominated by major players, ‘getting the message out’ is all important. Over the years he has gained much experience in dealing with graphic designers and trade media. Prior to founding Amati he was engaged in residential development and commercial project management - including retail venues.Amati Corp also represents several California wineries in travel retail and export markets. Mr. Moran is a frequent visitor to Napa and Sonoma Valley and other California wine districts and has ongoing relationships with key industry players there. Mr Nie Graduated with an MBA. Worked for various government bureaus and agencies over the years, including 11 years in the Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Department - acting as the trade representative for Guangzhou for Europe. He was previously the National Sales director for Jian Li Bao Beverage Company Limited, one of the leading beverage companies in China and also acted as a Marketing and Sales Director for WULIANGYE GROUP, a leading white wine manufacturer and distributor in China. Since late 2004, Mr. Nie has acted as the GM of AWA and was one of the founding principles of the company. |
