Regal Life Concepts Inc. Provides 2010 Operational Overview

March 4th, 2010

PHOENIX, AZ — March 4, 2010 — Regal Life Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: RGLC), would like to provide an operational overview for 2010.
In light of a challenging economic environment and its impact on the financing of companies in the microcap sector in North America, the Company will continue to be China-focused but intends to limit its capital investment in AWA Wine to funds already advanced and consider new business acquisitions (on a share swap basis) in its efforts in 2010 to create value for its shareholders.  Chief among the industry sectors under consideration are the technology, automotive and pharmaceutical industries.
The Company believes that business opportunities in these Chinese sectors will prove attractive given Chinese government funding and backing of these key industries and impressive individual growth rates in such sectors.  To better reflect the Company’s current and proposed intent to acquire additional companies in China in these key sectors, the Company has recently filed a preliminary information statement regarding a proposed name change to Regal Group, Inc. In addition, the Company has recently added new management to bolster in-house efforts and resources to execute its business plan.

Effective February 5, 2010, we have appointed Mr. Parrish Medley as a director and Principal Financial Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Xiao Wen Quan, who will now serve solely as a Board Advisor to the Company and continue his oversight of the Company’s investment in the Chinese wine industry.

Mr. Medley has over twenty years experience in the securities and investment banking industry with service as a manager and financial consultant for numerous registered broker/dealers, including Bear Stearns & Co. Since 1997, Mr. Medley has worked as a venture capitalist and a private money manager. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Medley founded and grew Palm Beach Tan, Inc., into a multi-chain business before selling it to a group of private investors. Palm Beach Tan is currently one of the most successful companies in that industry with over 100 corporate and franchise locations nationwide. In 2004 Parrish Medley in partnership with Carlo Mondavi, grandson to the modern American icon Robert Mondavi, founded DAVI SKIN with the vision of creating a luxury skincare line using the proven protective antioxidant health benefits found in grape seed oil and fermented grape extracts. Davi Skin is currently the exclusive supplier of in-room amenity products for Peninsula Hotels worldwide. Mr. Medley acted as President and CEO of DAVI SKIN until November 2006.  Mr. Medley graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1986 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

Commented Eric Wildstein, President of Regal Life: “I am very pleased to have Parrish join our Board of Directors. Starting with the recent addition of Mr. Medley, we intend to build a world class board with invaluable contacts and experience to help insure that we realize our vision of acquiring intriguing Chinese enterprises at low valuations or multiples and taking them to the next stage of growth.”

AWA Wine is Exclusive Wine Sponsor for Esteemed Supermodel Pageant Competition held in China

June 9th, 2009

PHOENIX, AZ – June 9, 2009 — Regal Life Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: RGLC) is pleased to announce that Guangzhou AWA Wine Co. Ltd (“AWA Wine”), a portfolio investment company of Regal Life, was recently the exclusive wine sponsor for the China divisional finals of the prestigious Supermodel of the World Cosmos Pageant held in the Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”).

Supermodel of the World Cosmos Pageant is one of three international super model competitions originated by World Model Organization in 1990. Successful models that have emerged form this pageant include Chinese super models Joie Qu Ying, Lu Yan and Chen Juan.

“The power of association is something that marketers look forward to in sponsoring an event, hoping that it will make a difference to perception. Brand association creates brand personality. The personality of a brand attracts customers to the brand because such brands allow customers to express their sense of self through consumption of the brand,” Eric Wildstein stated, Regal’s CEO.

“Foreign winemakers have analyzed the Chinese market and have changed their previous consumer target which was in the age group between 40 to 60 years old and was considered to have the best purchasing power. Their new target is in a range of 20-35 years old: graduates with stable jobs, well-paid and with a Western model of lifestyle and food habits. AWA’s sponsorship of this prestigious event should significantly expand its brand profile in this new targeted group of imported wine consumers in the country.”

To establish a dominant position in the fast growing imported wine market in China, Regal Life has executed an equity investment agreement with Guangzhou AWA Wine Co. Ltd to acquire an initial 26% equity stake in Guangzhou AWA Wine Co. Ltd, an innovative wine importer and distributor in China. At present, imported wine occupies only a 10% market share in the China wine industry. In order to expand its market share, Regal aims to bring in foreign expertise and management to build a systematic, comprehensive and sustainable marketing strategy to establish strong brand images, cultivate brand recognition and develop customer loyalty for wine products imported by AWA Wine.

The AWA Wine network is currently comprised of 17 corporate-owned and franchised locations throughout China that is servicing a strong and growing membership base of over 50,000. The newly established Regal Life-AWA Wine joint venture will lead to the opening of additional corporate-owned AWA Wine locations in China and the development of an improved IT infrastructure to enhance backend administration, sales and logistics support. AWA anticipates that, with the proper funding, it will expand its network to 100 AWA Wine Club locations and 1 million active AWA Wine Club members by 2013.

China Wine Marketplace

According to a Feb 2 2009 Financial Post article, British firm IWSR conducted a study which projected that Russia and China will account for 58% of the growth in wine consumption in 2009. With current annual Chinese consumption of wine at only about a half-liter per capita compared to the current world average of 3.5 liters per capita per year, there is huge potential market growth for the imported wine industry in China. Wine consumption in China has exhibited annual growth rates in excess of 8% over the past several years and is projected to exceed 1 billion bottles in 2011. Industry experts say China may become the World’s eighth largest wine consumer by 2012.

AWA Wine Gains Presence in Hubei Province, China

April 20th, 2009

PHOENIX, AZ – April 20, 2009 — Regal Life Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: RGLC) is pleased to announce that Guangzhou AWA Wine Co. Ltd (“AWA Wine”), a portfolio investment company of Regal Life, has recently opened a franchised wine club retail location in Jingzhou, Hubei Province, the “Land of Fish and Rice” in China.  This new opening exemplifies AWA Wine’s dedication and progressive efforts in introducing imported fine wine culture into China.

Its GDP ranked12th in the country, Hubei is an important agricultural base and has recently established one of the newest high-tech industrial production bases in China.  In 2007, retail sales in Hubei rose by 18.1% to RMB 402.9 billion and per capita disposable income of urban households reached RMB 11,485.  Jingzhou, one of the key prefecture-level cities of Hubei, has been and remains a key transportation hub and commodities distribution center for over 6,000 years.

“As the imported wine market continues to expand, AWA Wine seeks to strengthen its position through brand building efforts that directly touch its customers.” said Eric Wildstein, CEO of Regal Life.  “We are excited that AWA Wine is expanding upon this opportunity through the opening of new stores in major provinces like Hubei Province.”

“Although growth in the imported wine market is escalating each year, the average Chinese consumer is unfamiliar with the different types of wine available.  Thus, we believe better consumer education and brand awareness is needed for imported wine to successfully penetrate this market.” said Nie Weifeng, President and CEO of AWA Wine.  “It is important for AWA Wine to capture this niche market by intensifying its retail network to cover every major province in China.  Once we fortify our foothold in Jingzhou, AWA Wine will open additional AWA wine club locations in other major cities located in the Hubei Province”.

The AWA Wine network is currently comprised of 18 corporate-owned and franchised locations throughout China that is servicing a strong and growing membership base of over 50,000. The newly established Regal Life-AWA Wine joint venture will lead to the opening of additional corporate-owned AWA Wine locations in China and the development of an improved IT infrastructure to enhance backend administration, sales and logistics support. AWA anticipates that, with the proper funding, it will expand its network to 100 AWA Wine Club locations and one million active AWA Wine Club members by 2013.

AWA Wine Ties Knots with Leading Business Corporations to Promote Brand Recognition and Customer Loyalty

March 18th, 2009

PHOENIX, AZ – March 18, 2009 — Regal Life Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: RGLC) announced that Guangzhou AWA Wine Co. Ltd (“AWA Wine”), a portfolio investment company of Regal Life, has since inception successfully established mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with significant business corporations such as HSBC, Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Telecom, LY Telecom, China Mobile, Hunan Television, Radio Guangdong, Kenfil China, etc. to promote brand awareness through various co-brand marketing alliances.  AWA recognizes the potential of these profitable relationships, which can advance AWA’s mission to become the leading wine distributor in China.

AWA Wine’s primary marketing strategy in China evolves around brand building and customer loyalty.  Partnerships with leading players in each respective industry have contributed largely to the success of AWA Wine Club to date and in the rapid growth in its club membership base of over 50,000 members. The recent hosting of a wine tasting event for VIP members of LY Telecom, a leading telecommunication firm in China, exemplifies this core marketing strategy, as AWA can reach out to LT telecom’s group of 80,000 VIP members to promote its wine club products and services.

Teaming up with Kenfil China, a leading pioneer in China’s IT Industry in the organizing of a wine appreciation event for its large clients is another recent example of AWA’s brand building efforts and allows AWA to establish its footprint with professionals who are demanding best-in-class services in every aspects of their lives. Such a novel membership drive and brand building approach led to the receipt of a Standard of Excellence award for innovative marketing management by Mr. Nie Weifeng, CEO of AWA wine, in 2008.

With continued growth in its membership base, AWA Wine recognizes that it has to focus its resources on continuously improving core products and services.  In order to create and maintain loyalty, AWA Wine is active in organizing small scale wine tasting events whereby each event is customized to the target customers’ interests and make them feel special and respected.  This personal touch can create a strong, trusting relationship between AWA Wine and its members and can entice them to stay with AWA Wine for the long run.

“AWA Wine’s approach to brand building has proven very successful and we will continue to co-operate with leading business corporations in China to promote AWA Wine Club Memberships.  Teaming up with large corporate partners with a demonstrated strong client base will speed up our goal of building up our own membership base.” commented Nie Weifeng, President and CEO of AWA Wine.  “Our attention to providing high-quality wine products and support services to our members along with our active involvement in building our customer loyalty program have helped us further strengthen our brand recognition in the country.”

“AWA management recognizes that these strategic marketing initiatives are the mainstay behind its corporate growth path. It is no longer enough to invite wine club members to the occasional winemaker dinner. Hosting creative and memorable wine club events is an important element of member retention.  The more connected the members are, the more likely they will bring in more business and referrals.” said Eric Wildstein, CEO of Regal Life.

The AWA Wine network is currently comprised of 17 corporate-owned and franchised locations throughout China that is servicing a strong and growing membership base of over 50,000.
